Not at all happy with the service. The maintenance officer is nice friendly and helpful. The prosecutor that handled my case I feel was unfair and quiet hostile if you dont agree with her opinion.
My father passed away 8th January 2021. I flew from PTA to PE.. rent a vehicle to Humansdorp to do the estate documents, as my father passed away in Humansdorp. Took me 8 days to get to see Lorinda Africa. Handed in all my documentation, as systems were offline. Flew back to PTA 18th January. Was told to wait for any sort of communication from them. No response. Contacted February, March, April, every week to find out what the delay is. Excuses non stop. Contacted Mr Kriek that is in charge of Humansdorp court staff members. He promised things will be sorted, no need for me to fly back to get the original documents. Lorinda Africa arranged that documents will be courierd to me. No respinse from any if my emails nor whattsup messages. Every phone call was excuses. System slow, system down, printer oroblems. List goes on. Eventually they email me the dicuments to sign, but still needed my original signiture. No response again. Flew back in May, been to Humansdorp court everyday dates as follow... 23 May still no documents 24 May I discovered my father estste form was incomplete, as I keft something out and needed some documents. 25 May went back no papers ready to sign as yet.Was told to just drop off at her office. No need to wait for her. 26 May after an argument with Lorinda Africa about documents, I finaly received the correct document to take back to Lorinda Africa. I arrived back to her office, now completely being ignored by her. Been standing waiting for her since 11h00 this morning. Time now 15h15 still no assistance. Social distance and santizing non void. Security sitting inside non monitoring anyone ouside. When you approach staff to complain about social distance and waiting time, you are chased outside and ignored. Whilst I am waiting there was only 1 person in Lorinda Africa office. No other public member waiting for her assistance. Time now 15h30. Still no assistance. I am discussed in the professionalism here. This is a complete joke. All other public members were waiting for the court. How and who is controlling the staff? Mr Kriek obviously is ignoring his responsibility at Humansdorp court. There is zero service delivery at Humansdorp court. Welcome to incompetent new South Africa service delivery.

This is the second time dealing with them the first time it took this office to deliver my final demand 37 days each time a different story then to deliver the summons even worse always had issues now again we asked how long they said on Saturday my goodness who delivers a final notice to company on a Saturday then we went to ask why on a Saturday and the owner starting to get upset please do the job your getting paid for it if not give the business to someone that can
Hurry up and wait . Toilet facilities are shocking. The building is old, dirty and in need of refurbishment

Not much of customer service or help in the payment department. Ladies are rude and no help at all
