Is not a place that you easily get comfortable in. Quiet hectic

Mega complex building well built...... But because of loadshadding the court rooms are not conducive.....

Absolutely hopeless! Staff in the domestic violence section are supposed to start work at 08h00. No one in sight at 08h20! What business allows staff to pitch up when they like? Queuing started at 07h00. Typical uncaring attitude. Nombulelo where is this caring attitude you wrote about?

As a woman applying for an urgent protection order I feel that i might as well fight my own battle. I received a court date for almost a month later....what part of urgent don't they understand. I went back to the courthouse a day after applying for the protection order because I was still being threatened and harrassed to be told that it's lunchtime and to wait there for the hour or come back. WHAT?!?!?! In tears I approached one of the workers that I recognized from the domestic violence section and he said that they have some function on and he doesn't think that my case worker would assist me at that time. AND EVERYONE SCREAMS "GENDER BASED VIOLENCE " etc.....it means nothing to these people whom I have asked for urgent protection. Over and above my grievance above....the sheer LACK of professionalism is astounding with staff shouting conversing to each other down the passages or between offices. It's actually laughable......Oh dear South Africa, where are you going??

I've been trying for months to get ahold of the court. To give me a number for administration order court. With no luck can someone please assist. I want to cancel my administration order

Clean space, well spoken consultants and very good security measures. And less traffic inside

Although always busy I found that most of the staff were helpful and if they were unsure of something they sent me to someone who could answer my questions

Never knew you you guys actually existed, WOW, because phones don't get answered, court starts at 12 and lunch taken at 13:00......but oh ja, thats the norm in South Africa and any Government run institution.

Service is very slow if u apply for a protection order u gonna wait the whole day or come back the next day to be helped

Sad state of affairs. No direction. No system. No director. It's a loose canon where no system is in place. What a ridiculous state of affairs. Someone needs to come inn and sort this mess out.
