Very slow takeaway place in Kimberley to order food. Took 1 hour and still waiting for the food, after it was said that it will take 30 minutes. Very disappointed in the service and the long waiting period to get the food. Hungry Lion won't see me again. Sad customer.

I Just had a bad experience at hungry lion kimberley and it wasn't for the first time. The service was extremely poor, the staff there they don't treat the customers fairly and you can stand there for your order for a long time. No star will actually be appropriate for them
Just bought chicken meals through Ubereats. Chicken was dry as a bone. Chips soggy! I didnt even receive the two servings of coleslaw in the meal. Very dissatisfied!
Not very happy at all..... 2 days in a row when you come to hungry Lion at 17:50 the ice cream machine is already being cleaned so no ice cream.... When you ask them what time they switch off the machine they just look at you.
When there this morning and orderd a Big Boss burger...They told me I have to wait 20 min cause there is no fillets to put on...Not the first time..Very Very Bad service..
I enjoy the food I buy at Hungry Lion. You never have long to wait to receive your food. Staff is very helpful and friendly. They inform you of specials and help you to get better value for your money.
One of my favorite chicken places for a tasty take away. Staff always friendly. Food nice and fresh.

Super unfriendly staff I'm never visiting this place ever again, I would rather go to branch opposite McDonald's
