Not Recommended for Muslim, they have not halal certified from SA Muslim community although they claimed for using halal Chiken and spices . We shouldn’t compromise on this Matter if they are not bother it’s to provide a service to Muslim community of Kimberley..
Ordered a burger meal and got a raw chicken Fillet in a prego. Winglets were burnt and feta left out of strips and rice. Will not support this place again.
The place is a bit hidden from the main shopping centres but easy to locate if you a familiar with the CBD. The food was not that great given that what I ordered did not have enough lemon herb sauce and had to improvise when I got home. The bun was also not that fresh. I will update this on my next visitFood: 3/5

Very bad, cheating and criminal experience.my order number was no 700. I ordered half chicken on special. I was given a mixed bowl. I noticed on my way to Kathu. I am owed an apology, this cheating must stop ,this in not a banana Country where is my consumer rights?
Kimberley branch not good at all. Lodged a complaint on the 24th of August already. Portion size disgraceful, paid R102 for a half.a chicken, only got a little more than a quarter size chickens worth. Thapelo phoned me and apologized about the issue and said he will take it up with supplier, no replacement of my meal. Not the first time I've been done in, other times it was not complete meals, etc. Being a diabetic Nandos is the only take away I do. I stay outside the outskirts, so it makes it very inconvenient when I get home and my meal is either incomplete or incorrect previously the staff forgot to add my side, on another occasion they added incorrect side. ]
I bit of justice to what a customer need will be appreciated gor a takeaway. The need for extra sauce for the chicken to stay juicy is all u ask after a long day, but dololo when u get to your place.

Always my go to place for lunch, just love there food and the staff is really pleasant people and so helpful, even sometimes if they are full, but always gives there best#hansup for them!! Parking: Always gets parking and people to direct you you where to park safe and also looking after your vehicle while you do your business at the different places
