Husteds Bryanpark Pharmacy

They have made 4 medication errors in a ten day period, they charge to your medical aid without permission which is not lawful procedure and do not check that you are receiving the right dosages. I have had to go back 3 times. This pharmacy has always provided less than satisfactory service but since Dischem has taken over it is one of the worst pharmacies in the area. My review is 0 stars, not 1.

Needed some urgent over the counter medicine today , checked closing time was at 3pm so rushed there . 6 minutes to 3pm I get there , but the door already closed with staff inside . Attempted to show them that’s its 6 minutes to 3pm but they not interested at all , you just get a shrug from staff inside . Fat waste of my time and petrol to go there r . Perhaps change to operating hours to 3pm with a note saying staff have the right to close at any random time within 30 minutes of 3pm based on them wanting to leave early

They have messed up my prescription before and that led to my having to come and buy only from them. They are ok

Rude and loud dispensary staff who have their own interpretation of the law. Will definitely not go back

I have never had a problem with this pharmacy. Good service and happy helpful people. My entire family goes here and has been for the last few years.

This pharmacy was amazing when it was still owned by Mr Husted. Now it's just really nothing more than a small shop with some medication. I feel the change of ownership over the years has deteriorated this pharmacy it used to be amazing!

Not surprised they have an overall rating of 3 stars. The one thing they are consistent with is being useless...never had a smooth experience at this place. If I could rate zero stars I would.

My go to pharmacy, I get all my repeat meds here......the staff is friendly and very helpful. No long ques!

I have been to this pharmacy a few times. The first time my partner purchased Myprodol and the packaging was warped and the medication was damaged. Unfortunately he threw away the receipt so we did not go back to raise this issue. I went there two days ago to purchase gen-payne and after having paid for 30 days of tablets, I was only issued with 10. Two strike and you're out. No more chances. I won't be back.
