I used to be a loyal Hyundai costumer but the the reason I left years ago is the after sale service. IT DOES NOT EXIST. My mother has recently experienced this for herself and as a pensioner was left running after them trying to resolve her problem. Went back twice for DP to assist her and was unavailable to do so. Staff said DP would call her but luckily she didn’t hold her breath. So disappointed
I will never buy a Hyundai in my life again. The worst aftersales ever experienced. They did not honour the last service of my service plan as I was 30km thirty kilometers ' out of range' . I paid for that service!
