Poor service..no one can confirm appointments..no one can help you..no feedback....

I could not make an immediate payment this morning and got the message to phone a number on the screen. None of the three options were what I needed. I am terribly disappointed in Standard Bank. It was an urgent transaction. Now I called the bank to ask that the payment please be made available immediately I was told it cannot be done anymore. As easy as that!!

Excellent service from Blake Coasby. I was a Standard Bank client for years and was considering closing my accounts after the long queues and terrible service received from Carnival Mall branch. But since dealing with Blake I am now considering moving all my accounts to Standard Bank. I don't regret driving from Brakpan for that level of service.

Only 2 consultants out of 8 available spaced ,wait ages to be helped.

The springs branch helped me instead. What happened to Nigel branch?
