Nedbank Nigel

Very disappointed in the poor quality of service. Sales staff Thandile just sit there, give YOU a telephone number to call... Wait for YOU to give them the details that YOU eventually get telephonically after holding for ages... I didn't put in the effort leave at work to personally go into the branch to just sit there and make calls for the information I requested from the Sales Consultant... I went in to get personal service and support. Got none. If I knew that I would have to do all of it myself, of course I would have done it from home. Without having to take time off work. Why are there consultants, earning a salary if they tell you to do everything yourself. She didn't even give me the email address I required for a division of Nedbank insurance, apparently she did not have it. Erhmmmmm do you not work for Nedbank??? It took me 45 minutes to get it telephonically. Something my "consultant" should have been able to supply at the drop of a hat... Very disappointed... Especially with the consultant Thandile Nyanda. Folks, phone first and do it yourself. Nigel branch will be of no help.

I want to thank the staff at Nedbank Nigel for their excellent service today and especially tje lady security guard who assisted me with my situation. We are so quock to moan these days about service and slow to say well done and thanks for caring. Well done and thanks for helping me today. Kurt Alkema
