Today, I opened a savings account at FNB Nigel and was absolutely wowed by their service! I felt like a VIP from the moment I was welcomed at the door, until and including the time the consultant, Deloris de Gouveia Dee assisted me with opening the account. Friendly, caring, giving detailed information and explanations and very patient. THANK YOU for exceeding all my expectations today. YOU DESERVE A 10-STAR RATING.
The worst bank I have ever came across. No help whatsoever. Which bank refuse to give a customer a letter confirming bank account and confirming that its not in arrears. Took of work to do this as FNB online could not assist only to find this BS service. And guess what no branch manager insight. Took a photo of the empty office.
Service is definitely not like it used to be in a pre-pandemic era. You are basically offered a computer screen to attend to your business on your own. Sometimes you wait for a very long time outside, before anyone attends to you. Personally not my favorite branch! I miss the friendly, helpful people that used to work there.
Only 2 consultants working on a Monday.... really
no one ever answers their phones at FNB Nigel!!
