We rented a house in Summerstrand, Port Elizabeth in 2022 through E&V, which also managed the property on behalf of the owner who is not living in PE. It was a fabulous experience. Suzan is amazing - she responds promptly and attentively, and took care of all our issues in time. Otherwise it would be quite difficult for us to ensure that all things worked out. Highly recommend to use their service.
From a 1/5 to 3 because of the efforts E&F gone through to contact me to discuss our slight miss understanding. I am sure they will get 5 starts soon enough. I believe you will be pleased with experience with them.
Excellent service from a great Team.
They sold my property back in 2008 in less than 2 months. Very professional service received back then. My sister is moving to KZN in December 2021 and I contacted them and other agencies to enquire about selling our property in Lorraine. Suzan Allner made contact almost immediately and has been so helpful, friendly and professional from the first moment I liaised with her and she is a tremendous help with me sitting in KZN. Needless to say the other agencies does not even feature! I know they are the right agency - back then for me and even now. Thank you Suzan and ENGEL & VOLKERS.
To say that I'm impressed by the Engel & Volkers team would be doing them a massive disservice. My dealings with their agents have always been positive, and the efficiency of the administrative staff is exceptional. Engel & Volkers really seem to go to any lengths to look after their client's needs and it makes them the only Property Agency that I would consider dealing with in PE.
Efficient and Reliable service and the staff go out of their way to assist you and also make sure you get the best property your money can buy. Friendly, welcoming, professional and very informative are the words that came to mind when I dealt with this company. Definitely recommended.
