Who is I ♡ Cake?
Hi, my name is Janet and I ♡ Cake. I am a qualified pastry chef, although I don't always like to use that term, i simply love to create sweets. I graduated from South African Chef's Academy. I have been lucky enough to work with some of the most amazing people/ colleagues that has made me the "sweetie maker" that i am today.
I have worked in 5* star hotels and recently in an award winning chef's new restaurant in Franschhoek.
