Always book my girlfriend at UBL for treatments. She never complained about quality of work or the staff. Excellent staff, service and professionalism. Lounge is always clean and tidy staff are welcoming.

Kashiefah at UBL is my ‘go-to’ threading therapist. She is professional and I am always happy with the result. So easy to book and wonderful service overall

When I first contacted UBL with my concerns they went above and beyond to accommodate me and it gave me assurance the lash extensions treatment wouldn’t be as terrible as my past experiences. Since then every bi-monthly treatment has been absolutely amazing. Zaakirah is the best lash technician, the products used are of high quality and I’m extremely satisfied with the services received. I bought a voucher for my wife for mother’s day and asked for an extension on the expiration date by 5 days. The owner and receptionist was extremely rude and not very understanding about the situation. Really wish they would have seen the bigger picture and been a bit more human about the situation.

I had a great first experience. Kaashiefa administered microneedling treatment to my face. She was very helpful and informative. I felt no pain and I think I fell asleep at one point. I would highly recommend making use of their services.

I went with my niece, very friendly staff. She was happy with her treatment.

I went in for a lash lift and tint about a month ago and I can say that I really had a great experience. The results were beautiful and the lash technician Zaakirah was so kind and patient as it was my first time. I really recommend this place for anyone. Definitely coming in again soon .
