A small well functioning space that specializes in brows. I called first asking about brow shaping. They said they tweeze eyebrows. No waxing or threading. The reason given was that tweezing offers more precision. As someone who has historically threaded, I throughly to try it. I drove there, the lady was lovely and chatty, I got in the chair and she proceeded to tweeze y brows. When she was done, she gave me a mirror to check them out. My skin was raised and red and the shape was the most disappointing. No precision in the bottom line. The line wasn’t great. What floored me was the price, R260 vs the R100 for threading that I am used to paying. The price is always a problem when you’re dissatisfied and not an issue when you’re absolutely happy. I get it. But I doubt I would go back. I can tweeze myself that poorly at home.
Horrible service. Firstly I was invited to go here as a date. Had a lovely person from the store who as genuinely helpful and nice. But before this person could help us reschedule our appointment. Some rude technician step in with a an atrocious attitude to blame us. It was so bad. She was just trying to make us lose our deposit and that was what annoyed me the most. Like life happened and the phone was not going through when we tried to call and they were WhatsApping the wrong person to try and get a hold of us. Nasty behaviour. I would give them a zero star if I could.

Leandrie fixed my brows which another person messed up about 8 months ago Wish I have known about her before Can’t believe I was stuck with uneven brows for so long Also did a eye lash line with her She definitely knows her job So happy Will definitely only use her from now on She is the real deal !Services: Makeup services
My original review is below. However, I was particularly impressed that the owner called me to explain and provide a complimentary appointment to rectify my brows. I understand that mistakes occur and truly appreciate that this establishment takes their mission seriously. Thank you for the accountability, Brow Studio! I will be back. ‘Usually a great place to come but in recent months I have found the service is declining. I just had my eyebrows shaped and not only was it unusually painful but it doesn’t even look like my brows have been done. I felt the particular therapist was unsure of herself and she nicked me a couple of times. I’m red and still have undefined brows. A disappointing experience.’

I had the pleasure of having the lovely Leandrie do my eyebrows for me. I wanna say that she was extremely gentle as could be to ease any of my discomfort, took her time in deciding the colour that would best suit me and shaped my eyebrows beautifully. It was an absolute pleasure at The Brow Studio. Very professional and enjoyable experience. I love the way my eyebrows were done and I love my lash Lift. Everyone there was very welcoming and friendly. I would definitely recommend them. I loved their work so much I'll be going back next week.
I had Lip Blush done at the Browstudio. The treatment was more painful than I expected, and more so for me given that I take a lot of painkillers, the therapist was very patient and made sure to arrange for a stronger anesthetic for the touch up session. The results were good from the 1st session, and even better after the second session. I’m happy with the treatment done on my lips. The one thing I would suggest is to write down the colors and tones used to make it easier to remember for the 2nd session. Otherwise i was satisfied with the experienceService: Permanent makeup
