Prestige gym with beautiful equipment. Bianca my sales consultant was excellent. She gave me a full tour of the gym and showed me how to use some of the machines that I am not familiar with. She went out of her way to find suitable packages for myself and my partner. This was the best experience I have had with a sales consultant at a gym. She is definitely an asset to the Ignite team.

Excellent place! When you walk into this gym you get greeted by a friendly face that is actually glad to see you this takes a lot to do at 5 in the morning The music is amazing, no my horse died and my wife ran off with. . . Music The gym equipment is super clean and most units has 2 or 3 of the same. No wait

To Ignite Fitness Manager PE. Please note that I was very happy with the service I got from Bianca at Sales. She was friendly and professional, a good salesperson without being pushy. Hold on to her, she's a good employee!

The absolute worst customer service at the accounts department. I am sure they probably sit and do nothing all day. They don't escalate any problems and if they do the managers is also just as bad with assisting with problems. Love the gym but the accounts department is the reason for my cancellation.

Love the staff, always friendly, clean gym and nice facilities. Tim and his team doing a great job. Myself being a personal trainer appreciate the efforts from Ignite.

Recently joined the gym on the 25th October 2022, and the guy that signed me lied and said if I joined then I will get “the FIRST month free”, only for me to walk in there few days later early November to be told I’m blocked coz the debit order didn’t go through. When I explain to the manager how it wasn’t supposed to deduct this month because of the “agreement” when I joined, all the guy could tell me was that the person who signed me at the gym LIED and is no longer working for them. It’s not that I was going to get the FIRST MONTH free, but its THE REST OF THE MONTH FREE. So all in all, the manager and the employees have different information about how their packages work, and their employee lied to make a sale that day as they have a certain number of sales to make a day. Anyways, the manager assured me he was gonna be working on this matter, till today I haven’t heard from them. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE FOR A NEW MEMBER!!! And if nothing is done on the matter, I’m definitely not renewing my contract when this one ends!!!

After paying for your contract that they make you sign unaware of it After paying for 12 months and you nolonger go there they still take your money from the account and they tell you if you don't cancel we still take the money! What's the meaning of 12 month contract if they still come after you after paying for all the months!

Great gym, excellent equipment, but the staff experience just isn’t there. Most of the staff encounters, who are and should be the faces and representatives of the business, have often been very unpleasant. They often seem moody, inhospitable and unhelpful. There have been occasions where staff have given attitude to myself or and/or a number of other fellow members, and it’s plain unprofessional and deeply off putting. No one wants to walk into an environment and be made to feel unwelcome. Upper management needs to crack down on this issue and offer some type of training to teach their staff how to interact with customers .

Awesome gym, great equipment and lighting. Definitely one of the best gyms in Port Elizabeth! However some staff are very unfriendly and rude, one in particular swearing at gym members and having a terrible attitude if I forget my card and need to be let in. Other than that there are no vices
