I’ve been with Imagine for approx 6 years. I hardly complain because there will always be ups and downs and I am a very understanding person. This is one too many issues now though and being ignored just makes it worse. Received a ‘new’ router two weeks ago, I pay R899 a month for 20mbps, 2 cell phones, 1 tv. We had no electricity for 6 days but the bit that we have used it, has been terrible, hangs, tv pixelated. Can’t watch anything! Or is it FrogFoot again who is the absolute worst!!! They were down two or so months ago for days!! I was told I’d get a refund for those days but I recall my full debit order going off. This time I have been emailing for 5 days, 2/4 ticket numbers and have had no response at ALL! My sister changed her provider, looks like I’m going the same route!!
I'd like to give them no stars as there service is absolutely poor. I have been trying to downgrade my line for 2 months with no response, I then get a response that it needs to be 30 working days a full month later. Now when I email asking for a response I get an automated message telling me to direct my query to accounts. YOUR SERVICE IS POOR JUST GIVE ME BACK MY LINE SO I CAN GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
Their support is horrible. No one answers the phone, and when they do they ask you to hold then cut the call and never answer again. There is no 24hr support, nor support over the weekend so if anything happens you are alone during the weekend. Their online ticket system does not work, no one response to the tickets, eventually someone will just close them. It is also an issue to get them to cancel your service as no one response you end up stuck with them. Best advice I can ever give anyone looking for any services they offer is to look elsewhere. They do not offer those services, they offer money grabbing and silence. Below is a picture of how long I have been holding, listening to the worst music known to man.
Worst service I have ever experienced. Never anser their phone, dont reply to emails, its rediculous.
No phone calls are answered our Wi-Fi of since Saturday, just nobody gets back to us, poorest service I ever experienced, helpdesk do not get back to us,working from home and need our wi-fi to be sorted, will not recommend you to anybody I know
Terrible customer service. No answer on their landline and no replies to email. Useless service. Been without wifi for 2 days
I have send several emails to the mailbox stipulated, havr been making over 50 phone calls and no one is answering, I have no internet, please contact me as per my emails
Superb service from start to finish! Cameron got me up and running within 2 days! I have been using Imagine for a year already and have had no problems at all! Would defiantly recommend them as an ISP.
Not always easy to get hold of, no contact person to call directly. It is quite frustrating to work through emails and get responses, they need to up their game and enable clients to call their center to speak to a technical team or person.
Afraid to say it's not the same anymore. Since Cameron left the service is shocking. Do not recommend it at all. ANY other ISP will give you better service.
