Wonderful!!! On road trip with my family, this was our first time visiting Ficksburg. Not knowing the place we stoped in the road and asked some kids we encountered age 15-20 about and the recommended Imperani for dinner. What a delight, wonderful service and good food. Recommend the Imperani Special Pizza. Food & drinks: Good quality, good size portions with well handled tastes.
Never disappointed when I visit. Friendliest staff. Always greeted with a smile and nothing is ever too much. Rooms: Top class Food & drinks: I only ever have a steak cause they so good.

Definitely won't be back. Went there for breakfast. The whole dining experience is terrible. The decor upstairs is horrible.. The waitress was uninterested and was barely helpful. The breakfast i had was a simple dry plate with not even a tomato for garnish. I hate seeing a place that has potential be so terrible. I don't know who is managing it but they need to step up. Won't be back
The environment and staff are friendly, and ghey really go all out for their customers I really enjoyed their hospitality, more than any thing. The rooms are so comfortable and cater for all types of weather. For loads gelding they also have back up plan.
Bad service from the restaurant for the second time. No waiters/waitresses to welcome you in. When you are lucky to be seated. You will wait too long before you are attended and your order is placed. I have experienced this twice.Service: 1/5

Place is nice with nice neat rooms. My only bad experience was the bathrooms had not insufficient water for toilet flush. The waitress must up their game, they was uninterested and was barely helpful. The breakfast i had was aweful the buffet bowels were not refilled, i had to eat an incomplete food with missinh stuff.Rooms: 3/5
