Last month my husband took the car in for service my son left his phone in the car later that day my son asked if we have seen his phone we checked where he left it and it was not there called mazda in germiston they denied it the head office ever since they said they are investigating they have not gotten back to us with any feedback it's been a month now and no communication. This is the worst service I have ever received

We had an awesome experience, we bought tiggo 8 pro max with Joseph..the best sales man on the floor. We are already enjoying our vehicle as he presented all the car technology well to us. Thank you Thembi from finance as well,very prompt and warm personality.

I called the branch and they advised they close at 12.30 on a Saturday. I got here at 12.20 and there is nobody in site.

Nice service and friendly staff

Booked my car in for a service. When I got home from fetching the car I realized my car's navigation card was missing. I let the manager know and his response was "I don't know how to help you". It didn't end there. A week later I realized my jack was missing too. I didn't even bother letting them know. Never taking my car there again.

If you want good service then look somewhere else. Very unhelpful and unable to go the extra mile
