Where and When can you do classes?
Inch 4 Inch Fitness is situated in Van Riebeeck Park, Kempton Park and Thirnhill Estate Modderfontein. Inch 4 Inch Fitness offers private, semi-private, trio and group sessions. Private (1 client), semi-private (2 clients) and trio (3 clients) usually involves equipment use whereas group session (6-8 clients) will be non-equipment based.
