This gym is a fantastic venue to work out at. Located in the Glen Eagle Business Park, ensuring you are safe in a secured area. The staff are friendly and what’s even more amazing is the gym is private and intimate. Depending on the time you come to the gym, you could literally have the whole gym to yourself. They have rules in place, where there can only be a maximum of 3,4 or 5 members in a room at a time - so they are taking social distancing into consideration. If you are looking for a quiet place to ‍ workout, then look no further. If you are like me and need someone to push you, then I suggest you book yourself a personal trainer; Walter Behr is a brilliant trainer who really pushes you to finish through those hard workouts.

This is a amazing gym and the people at the gym makes it even better. Hendrik has a passion to help everyone and motivate you all the way.
