Incredible Connections Vaal mall

Good quality products. The salespeople have excellent customer service. Going forward, IncredibleVaal Mall will be my go-to store for electronics. I'm impressed with the products as well as the salespeople.

The staff at the store were very professional and welcoming, the pricing is reasonable and I'll be definetly buying from there again

What a great service we recieved yesterday we went to Vaal Mall, incredible connection to buy laptop for my little sister... the guy who helped me took his time with us , he was warm, knowledgeable and such great service. Even the Whole team were friendly including the manager. Almost bought more than what I came to thr shop to buy because of the great service I recieved lol. Keep up the Good work Guys , wow

Myself and my grandma visited Incredible Connection Vaal Mall today as she was interested in buying a note book and from the moment we walked in we were welcomed with open arms and really got the best service, they did not have the note book in stock but went out of their way to find one at a different branch, it was less than an hour and we received an sms stating that they received our order and a few hours later another sms saying good news oder is on its way to the store and we can expect it in 1 to 2 days. Now thats good service!!! The staff were so friendly and helpful, well done to you all, quick and easy I will definitely recommed you to friends and family

The worst service. I phoned hours in advance to make sure they have the product i am looking for and they assured me that they have what i am looking for in store , otherwise is could have just ordered it online. I drove all the way to the store and asked for the product, then they started looking for it for what seemed like the first time , numerously bringing me the wrong product. After waiting one hour they told me “sorry” they don’t have it. I wil newer shop there again , i wil rather drive further to a different store to avoid the chance of me getting a heart attack from anger. 0/10 would not recommend
