Worst of the worst. If you have internet 3 days a week your lucky, had 2 technicians at my house today they told me the problem isn’t with us its with them and that someone at the office would have to do something with the signal have been phoning every 15 min even just before they closed i was told they are busy with its been 5 hours and still no internet. Most PATHETIC SERVICE but God Forbid you are a day late with your premium then they have no problem phoning you
Poor service internet always hanging can't even watch a program or series without screen freeze every 5 minutes can't wait for June then my contract finish won't reniew or reccommend them for anyone
Vaal networking is the best in the vaal when it comes to being overly expensive, after 2 years with them on a wireless service it was great to finally cut ties, you see vaal networking has a policy, this policy is "you're wrong, we're right" they could never own up to their mistakes, your speeds are below what you paid for its your own fault their service is flawless, your internet isnt working "shows fine on our end", the only positives to vaal networking is some of the employees are beyond kind. Never in my life will I recommend them to anyone I paid over R2000 for speeds I barely got where as right now on a different provider I pay R1099 for the same speeds and always achieve those speeds, these people are so insecure about their poor service if you run a speed test they'll tell you to disable every device otherwise you're throttling, I dont even disconnect any devices 5 devices on my current provider and my speeds are flawless, with vaal networking 1 device could barely meet the quota. This review is more about their wireless service unsure about their fiber but still would not recommend them.
It's still too early to give a 5 star, I am a new customer and so far so good I have been assisted but yet to book a date for installation. I hope for a better service from them based on other people's comments and experiences. Update: After 9 months of usage, I will be dropping from 4 stars to 2 stars with reasons 5MEG. 1 Paying for 5MEG but only using 0.6MEG. 2 Complained, they came over and I was charged an additional fee without informing me about it. 3 Mostly at night, the internet stops working and I have to wait the next day to report the issue. 4 I won't lie about my experience with the customer service as they respond within a day hence the 2 stars. If you do a lot of online meetings or do online gaming, I advise you speak to them for a better option cause you'll regret. I'm still with them as I signed a 24 month contract, I hope they improve so I can review again. Cheers!
I have been with them for nearly a year and no issues. Fast installation and immediate connection. I get what I'm paying for and speed never fluctuates. A bit pricy, but worth it. Would recommend for anyone who wants a reliable connection.
Most horrible ISP I've ever dealt with. They provide the service you pay for, for only 12 hours a day and then when it's closing time for them, your 10meg unthrottled unshaped changes into a 0.10meg line real quick.. Service can't help you till the next day.. They are throtteling you.. When you report the problem mid day it is fixed real quick till closing time then its the same.. They never solve the problem only postpone it.. I gave them 3 months.. Still the same.. Please stay away!
Poor service and no control over fibre.No good communication from their side I am never informed from their side I always have to ask why is the fibre off.Day 3 without no connection.
Absolutely terrible service! We have had network and internet access issues since January, we have sent numerous messages asking for someone to come out and check everything. Only responses we have received is "Everything is online and running on our side" pathetic communication and zero customer service. Would definitely not recommended!!
Okay, so where to start? This company was recommended to me by a fellow resident in Golf Park. When I contacted them for installation they were very helpful. After about 5 months, the problems started. My internet connection would go down. Speed would go down so much that I can not even open emails. I have had them come out to check the issue, and the only solution they have is to turn the wireless dish. Speeds would be fine for a day or 2 and then I sit with the same issue. I feel robbed by this company. I pay for a service I can barely use. I should've stayed with Telkom.
Internet speed is inconsistent and not stable. I am on a 4 meg line and my videos buffer sometimes out of the blue, even my mobile games which don't require high speeds are disconnecting at times. When i check the internet speed using the speed test app, it will give me high speeds sometimes, and low speeds on other times, which shows that it is not stable. This company had good connection at first, now it is just totally unstable and preposterous really. Furthermore, there was a time when the connection was utterly poor for a prolonged period of time and i called it in. Eventually technicians came to my place and the issue was still not resolved when they left and persisted for another week. I kept calling them to let them know that nothing had changed, they later on told me that the problem was from a tower on their side and they were in the process of fixing it, after this, the connection was a lot more stable. Then they tell me that apparently the technician installed a new dish at my place during the time he was with me and i have to pay a fee of over R1900 which i had no knowledge of and never gave my consent for it to be done....also, this "new dish" which he installed obviously had no impact on the connection since it was an issue on their side and yet they still had the audacity to tell me that i need to pay a fee....this is utter nonsense and total bull$÷!t to say the least
