It’s a beautiful place in Johannesburg and with lot of landscaping.., we gone there for a business meet and met our Indian ambassador Mr Naresh kumar he is so kind hearted and received with smiles and given good suggestions about South Africa and it’s culture..

The ladies on the front desk are terrible. So unprofessional , treated us as second class citizens. It seemed like we were interrupting their gossips when asked to have a look at our documentation. One of the ladies just screamed at us at the top of her voice when we told her we dint know the new appointment system. They have a real attitude problem. The complaints submitted in the box doesn’t seem to go to the right people or they might be ignoring

the one African woman in the front is very condescending and patronizing towards the applicants. Needs major attitude adjustment and professionalism. The embassy is not a shabeen to shout out instructions from afar. Load shedding isn't the major problem with SA. It's self entitlement and laziness.

Terrible, unprofessional and not aware of their own policies. Rude towards clients and an absolute poor image of Indian representation in RSA. Called to ask them about some covid related requirements and I was told to phone Indian ministry and find out , like really then what's the use of having an embassy.

Felt as good as being in Home land right from the entrance.  Mr Sirohi a wonderful human being who makes you feel at home and comfortable.  Ms Jyothi Kalra always willing to assist....you remind me of late Ms Sushma Swaraj ji. Good people like you all raise levels of expectations and experiences  when we get there. Keep up the good work.

Worth a Maintenance and some sort of parking arrangement other than parking on roadside.

Waited almost 2 months for a tourist visa Just tell the person that they're not allowed don't waste peoples time by saying "in progress" Ps. I still haven't yet received my visa

Wonderful place. Independence Day celebration was awesome

Visited the area last week, and was returned due to a shortage of a document. The embassy promised that they will provide me the document as soon as possible, so that I could finalize my application. After a long wait, I was met by a teller named Kumar, who spoke to me with respect and dignity, and assured me that he will try to get to the document as soon as possible. Overall, I was happy with my experience of visiting the place.
