By far one of the best beauty spa's in Port Elizabeth, this is a highly accredited business with a very friendly owner. Indulgence has been running their high quality services for a long time and always at the right price. Truly an amazing place well worth a visit.
Had an appointment for today but firstly found it difficult to find the place because the signage is so poor and small it may as well be nonexistent. Then I arrive and Mary-Ann has me confused for someone else and tells me that I've canceled, and therefore, she isn't prepared for me. I hadn't canceled. When I try to recollect our interactions from the day to prove my point because ma'am kept using my supposed cancelation for her ill-preparedness , not this lady being short and impatient with me, telling me I'm wasting more time. I left before my mouth could escape me. Clearly there was nothing to indulge here I'd give a lower rating if I could. I'll never step foot in this establishment again. Not that I'll be able to find it anyway. Good luck to you reading this with spotting it.
Had a lovely time time @ Indulgence, myself a full body balance massage great and a facial, the Mrs with a manicure and a pedicure, and when we walked out, our smiles toward Mary-Ann and the staff were definetely genuine, I still believe that if you do have a complain about something, you adress the situation there and then, not do what some people do and write stuff after, that is being a coward. Thank Mary-Ann and team.
