We've enjoyed a wonderful, relaxed morning in the capable hands of your professional staff. Thank you, well done.
The booking process was very simple over the phone, Location very easy to find with ample parking. Atmosphere was very calming and we were well received and given a chance to relax before our treatments, and what a treat it was, our therapists Odille and Coco were fantastic and we felt so pampered and relaxed. We will definitely be making this a regular visit. Thank you for your hospitality.
Lovely experience! Therapists were professional and amazing. The place is serene. Hygiene protocols observed.
Terrible experience! Took my mom for some birthday spoils with a massage and nail treatment. We had the massages first, then were rushed to the nail chairs to get our nails done. It was not very relaxing. The quality of the gel nails was very poor. Mine didn't even last a week. Got it done on Saturday and by Tuesday the first gel nail came off without me even knowing it. One week later and there are only 2 nails that still have the gel polish on. Will rather use my regular place next time, since their gel nails last 3 weeks. I won't be going back!
This was an amazing experience! I would recommend this place to anyone, you could treat a loved one to a relaxing and delightful time.
A wonderful experience once again
My therapist for today Zanele really helped the negative image I had of this establishment compared to my last one. There is nothing worse than being gifted a bad experience by a loved one for your birthday. I had left the spa so irate that my husband felt so bad that he gifted me a session. I truly went today time 2 use up a voucher and was convinced that would be the last time I visited this establishment. She did an excellent job that going forward i would request her. Thank you Zanele for a job well done.Your workmanship and hospitality was both authentic and exceptional. That are fundamentals of going 2 SPA....treatment andn enjoyable relaxing experience.
Amazing experience even though it was loadshedding when we visited them the staff are professional and very friendly and nothing was lacking due to loadshedding. We also had lunch there which was delicious.
My experience at Shambala is always amazing! Not once have they failed to deliver. Love the service and ambiance.
If you want to treat yourself or someone,look no further than the best 5 star Spa treatment in P.E Excellent service from the receptionist to the staff... Hopefully this review give me a free Spa treatment.
