The team at Infinity are a super efficient and professional outfit. Their knowledge and experience is comforting. However it would be better if, during the project that Infinity keeps the client informed of the the progress. They very focused on the work, the delivery is exceptional and worthy of a recommendation. Any follow up problems were dealt with and sorted out in a timely manner. To all at Infinity pool specialists, thank you for your awesome work and professionalism.

Don't offer what they advertise. But did respond quickly. You have an entire section showcasing repairs and upgrades on fiberglass pools yet I was told when requesting a quote that you don't do fiberglass.

I needed a pool pump replaced, but asked to have it checked first. I had gotten quotes from other local Pool shop/repairers both of them were R1800 more the infinity! The team arrived on the arranged date. They found a stone in the vacuum hose! They then fixed two leaks on my solar panel. Using Infinity saved me a lot of money and their team was polite and thorough.

I bought my own pool pump and timer and asked Infinity Pool Specialist to install it. They arrived , installed and left while i was at work. I was not pleased with what they have done. They left the used parts and laying next to the new pump and did not bother cleaning up. The timer was not correctly installed and when asked why they said it did not fit into Db box - no one called to ask me for alternative options. They just did as they pleased and i had to reinstall timer myself and clean the area. Please inspect their work and if you can avoid it do not use infinity.

These guys know what they are doing, my local pool company could learn a few things from them. Service was great, staff exceptional and end product extremely well done. Highly recommend these guys
