Thank you so much to Caroline, who made me feel welcome as I entered the space, till after my amazing massage thank you Precious. I was visiting from Cape Town and can safely say, "they have lots to learn from their counterparts." I was rejuvenated and will be back!!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

You can get good deals. Booking can be challenging. Staff turns over quite a lot. Some are awesome. Others are ok. Enjoyed my head massage - thank you!

I went to the spa today I'm still wondering why they say it's a 5 star Because WOW... The reception lady is very rude and not welcoming, some of the staff members where not clean, the towels where having a bad smell, I had to wait long before I can be attended while white people where handled with care. I would never recommend anyone there.

Not worth rating at all, beds needs replacing, nail polishes are horrible.

the food was kind of meh. and the massage rooms need a bit more work warm towels. music in the background, etc but yeah. everything else was great. The massage was amazing!

Horrible experience ever and it was for the first time, tried to adress this with management that the employees were not treating us well, the respond was just to protect the employees, and was informed they are 5 star spa, the aroma in their towels is just bad, an observation was made only to find whites are treated better.i just need my membership refund.

Horrible treatment and lack of professionalism. I was called by a lady called Tendani to check how far I was I advised I am 12 minutes away she said to me I must reschedule since I am already late I was told to arrive 15 minutes prior. NB 50% is required for any reschedule.I told her she can cut off the time, my appointment was for 12:00 and I am still within as rude as she was she hanged up on me. I arrive to the Sunny Side branch at 11:59 the receptionist called her and she advised she was coming to my surprise lady is not coming instead she is sending me text on whatsapp to let me know I won't be assisted she had already told me I am late. She said alot of staff that I did not appreciate. Things like "she won't be told by me how to run her organization" she won't let her therapist to help me" etc she later advised she gave her manager my number, A lady by the name of Leon called which to me sounded axactly like Tendani that lady did not even give me a change to explain myself nor hear me out, she called me through whatsapp and could hardly hear her I called back and wow I am so disappointed. I won't be rescheduling so I want my money back girl did not even attend that sentiment she said to me I arrived late I told her I came before 12:00 and lady said that's not what she was told and I was like I am still at the receptionist you can confirm with her iyoooh motho a re that's where the problem is she is talking to me and I am involving other people I guess I wasn't even allowed to prove my point. Tendani/ Leon your attitude will kill your business if it hasn't already. My money went down the drain basically

Amazing atmosphere, friendly staff, and relaxing treatments. Treatment times are however a little shorter than stated when booking. Overall a very relaxing experience.
