Intersect Sectional Title Services

We recently had the misfortune of dealing with Intersect Sectional Title Services and it was an absolute nightmare. They never responded to our emails, and they randomly deducted multiple levies from our account without any explanation. When we tried to get clarification on this, they always had an excuse for why it wasn't their responsibility. The worst part was their complete lack of ethics. We have never encountered an agency as bad as Intersect Sectional Title Services. Avoid them at all costs.

Since moving our HOA over to Intersect it has just been a struggle. I would not recommend them to anyone. Giving them an one star is generous. The finances is a mess. They don't respond to the majority of queries from residents. They promise to send contractors to quote.. which then doesn't happen. When contractors do show up we rarely receive the quotes at the end. As trustees we are at our wits end with them. We can't carry on like this.

I moved to Rustenburg recently, and have called maybe 3 times a day to obtain the phone number of their appointed plumber. I have to constantly call to make sure that my queries are addressed. I’m so shocked at how they are not in charge at all. 3 gates not working and 1 lift not working. For over 3 months now. But the rates keep increasing.

Have found it very difficult to get responses to questions/ queries sent via email. A very frustrating experience when compared to the service and expertise received from other managing agents.
