Urban Artisan Apartments

We had a great stay! The support team was very responsive. The apartment was clean and cozy. Essentials were provided. There's a 24-hour shop nearby for quick grocery runs. The best mode of transportation was an Uber ~15 to 20 minutes travel time to the tourist spots. There's also a food market nearby 5 to 10-minute walk.Rooms: 5/5

The host is super friendly however it was hard to get some sleep as the area is always very windy - the upside is that majority of tourist attractions are close by and breakfast at the neighborgoods market will always be a good idea and is in walking distance. Just to add - you might want to bring your own dishwashing liquid and another set of towels as they may not provide any or enough and room services only take place every 3 days.

Cheap, not great. The apartment has very cheap furniture and appliances. Was partly cleaned, noisy neighbors. The building, where the apartment is, looks like it has a pending finish work, with walls without plastering, paint, etc. Won't return to this place. The personnel was friendly but hopeless.

The rooms are nice but the bedroom is so cold and there is no extra blanket. Beside that all goodRooms: 1/5

The Urban Artisan Aparthotel is a scam for me ,the pictures they advertise is misleading customers to book . I book for 5days and checking in 30min ago n I am so irritating and disappointed . The apartment i book and the place they gave us is not the same us on the pictures I book. My level of places i book is much better them this nonsense Urban Artisan Aparthotel. The host was very sweet and understanding and try to make us feel happy but as for this 1room where kitchen lounge everything in 1 big room i am not at all happy. Is not how I like my holidays to spend in 1 big room

Nice new room, but unfinished: lots of things missing, not cared for or broken, e.g. only 1 pillow case, only 1 set of towels per room for 2 people to share - weird!, lamp in room not plugged in and no wall socket available, no rack for shower gels/shampoo in shower, no hook for toilet paper, only 1 coat hanger which was broken/loose, no mirror in hallway, lack of coat hangers in wardrobe, balcony without seats, access through parking garage ramp only no key card for what looked like the main entrance, etc. Complicated and strict check in process. Nice shower though and comfortable sofa and bed.

Great apartments and rooms. Would certainly go back. It is also a good location in terms of how close it is to most places.Rooms: 5/5
