Amazing team. Very professional conduct. They took time to explain a few issues I had raised with them regarding our servers.

IS is one of the most frustrating to deal with. Their ticketing system, and therefore by extension their support is horrendous. I have not once been helped by their support in resolving an issue. The connectivity issues are usually resolved by the time they get an engineer to even test. Currently I have no connectivity for 4 days, and I cannot even get an ETA out of their support.  If you run a business stay far away from them as an end user. They do NOT know what customer service is.

Over a period of about 2 months I have tried to get my account manager to contact me. When calling for him they will not give his email or phone number he has to contact me. I have called in at least 6 times. Super frustrating.

Someone called me with this company number for personal issues

Been called over 10 times over the past week by one of your multiple unsolicited spam numbers. It is 2019, cold calling clients DOES NOT WORK.

Bureaucratic organisation, we only use them because they appear to be the best of a mediocre bunch. Will they last?

They have become to large, turn around times are slow, is not competitively priced and downtime happens way too often.

Great facility just need to fix the security parking challenge

Very friendly staff and always a delight to be here.
