Absolutely remarkable. I don't fly often but need to give a shout out to Erica Muller at Travel by Investec. She went out of her way to assist me becuase I need a medical device on my carry on luggage which also exceeded the weight limit. She contacted me more than 6 times, made numerous calls on my behalf and kept me informed all the way before the flight. Exceptional service and great person to converse with over the phone. Will definitely travel more in the future and certainly book with Investec.

Slow service, poor communication and makes changes without instructions

Would not recommend Investec to my worst enemy. Approved loan was closed without first confirming with me, all because a third person told them to do so, where in the world do you find such unprofessionalism? Investec has caused more harm than anything else. Unreliable bank

Friendly staff, modern building. During Business Matters seminar they spoil clients with a range of nice food and treats.
