Even after I was called about the " inconvenience caused " on Saturday. The lady who called assured me that I'll be getting my package " first thing Monday morning " the day is almost over , no communication whatsoever . I still say companies should cut ties with Ram !

Definitely the worst service and experience I've ever had. It's been over a week and my parcel still hasn't arrived. Every single day, the delivery is unsuccessful despite me being at home

Employee Jacob Kekana picked up a phone and refuses to return it. Ram not doing anything about it. Shouldn't employers teach their employees integrity and respect for other peoples property?

Very bad service. Client have to phone and ask where is driver, client tells agent that he will be home at 16:30. Agent never phones back and say dear client driver is running late, will be there at 17:00 or give a eta time. No client has to phone at 21:00 and asked where is his parcel!!!!!! Go on tracking on website and the it says that UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERY, UNAVAILABLE BUSINESS, CONTACT NOT AVAILABLE. But client has not even received 1 phone call from Driver or zone control room. VERY VERY BAD SERVICE. I have never dealt with this BAD SERVICE.

Very bad service. I’ve been waiting for my order for quite some time now and it hasn’t been delivered! I called the call Centre and they told they will arrange for the driver to deliver my package, I’m still waiting even now. I do not recommend it to anyone. VERY VERY POOR SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Shop till you drop. A very good mall with the most shops u might be looking for. Do all your shopping under one roof
