Workers are rude and the is favoritism. the last time I came to do my medicals they made me sit for an hour before assisting me, bare in mind you are not supposed to eat before doing your medicals. so I was hungry, tired and disrespected. the service is bad really bad.
The worst service ever. Got there this morning with other colleagues as well, got greeted by the rudest lady ever. One of my Managers asked her why she was being rude towards us and she brushed it off and just carried on with her attitude as if she was doing us a huge favor. Your mission failed you today... Where was the high quality service? Creating true relationships by treating clients with dignity and respect? The Passion??? They even lost files of ours from last year to top the frustration. Will definitely not recommend WKI to anyone ever again.
Came there just after they closed their machines today. Without even asking how urgent my medicals were, they opened their machines and helped me. This was one of those moments when you get to see people that are in business to serve. Will recommend it any time of the day. A Good company full of great people.
I recommend this place because of Dr Michaela best Doctor ever, I'm definitely coming back
Extremely busy with efficient, friendly & helpful staff.
