Poor service level! No customer service!! Incompetent employees!!! A simple process of selling turns to be like an applied mathematics examination. Management step in before the market starts considering other avenues to purchase the products. There is a number of customers coming in and leaving without help!!! Due to incompetence. The employees there do not take customers seriously. It looks like they do not know the reason why they're hired. Customers needs are not getting satisfied!!!
The service was really top notch, I’m actually shocked by the number of complains here. My experience was totally different…. very friendly staff, quick and efficient. Took them less than 20 min to unlock my phone
POOR AND VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I called and asked about the documents I needed for a contract phone then went to the store and asked again while I was by the door. I was logged in the queue no1 asked me what phone I wanted or even bothered to give me more information about anything so I told the lady who logged me in the queue that I’ll wait in store as I forgot my phone in the car. I sat and waited and waited and waited while everyone who came after me was assisted till I asked another person to check for my name then I was told that my name was removed and I had to join the queue again, only when I asked to see the Manager they “suddenly” gave me attention. After waiting for so long I was then told my documents were wrong. 1. My bank statement has the “wrong” stamp and they want the stamp from the ATM 2. Can’t use my bank statement as proof of res 3. Don’t have stock of what I want and it might take 3weeks to a month JUST SHUT DOWN THE WHOLE STORE
This whole thing is taking way too long. Seriously what is the problem? What is complicated about buying a phone? I do not understand. Been here over an hour still there is an issue and I am not getting the phone today. If processes are too long work on them. Nobody has time to camp here.

Ashley James is most unfriendly and miserable “sales agent” I ever dealt with. She should not have contact with any clients…..EVER. The manager on the other hand assisted me with my query in a very timeous and professional manner. Perhaps Ashley should take a leaf out of his book?
I would like to extend my utmost gratitude to Banele and Boledi at your Mall of Africa store. I went in with what seemed like a big issue with my phone and I was assisted by these two very knowledgeable individuals. My issue was resolved timeously and very efficiently. Banele and Boledi are exemplary. I’ve been to a few other iStores around the country and I have to say that this has been by far my best experience. Thank you again for helping me get my phone up and running.
I applied for an iphone 1week and few days back online and I still haven't gotten assistance. Please attend to online applications,I love iphones and am still patiently waiting for a reply. Please assist

Disgusted with Istore Mall of Africa's service. Been waiting 2 weeks for my Iphone 14 pro max. Call centre agents told me to try instore every now and then. Went there yesterday, was told they have stock, they even went into the stock room and confirmed, untill I said its for contract upgrade then the story changed. That is consumer discrimination at its best. Stood there watching them sell stock but they couldn't help me after 2 full weeks on the waiting list. Even though the waiting list sms i revieved on the 25th September says 1st come , 1st serve.
