"In 2007 Isuzu Truck World was introduced as the forerunner of the new Isuzu Truck dealership network in South Africa. Isuzu Truck World, a subsidiary of Itochu Corporation of Japan and a local equity BBBEE partner, Mr. Jimmy Baloyi and Solly Latif. In a deal that was concluded in February 2007, Itochu Corporation acquired the 74% shareholding in LE ROUX MOTORS, Kempton Park, established Isuzu Truck World at the same time, and were one of the first motor dealerships in the country to enter into the BBBEE program. The company is currently a level 4 on the new BBBEE codes and is therefore 80% compliant."
