Good service and friendly people price is good and quality.

Went in store to enquire about a sensor. The lady i spoke to seemed to be the manager. She took my details and said that she will call me the next week as they will get stock in. I quipped to how businesses take your number and seldom call you back. She unamused told me that they will defenitly call me to let me know. Guess who never called.

Called about a part and was told they don't have and I won't find any in Secunda. Next guy I phoned had in stock. Sales person not friendly at all and prices are outrages. Found the part I was looking for R200 cheaper.

Pathetic Service. Wait 3 weeks for a quote or a phone call, just to be informed they won't be able to assist. As their Hydro Dipping Equipment is up for Sale. This should have been mentioned when the quote was requested. And all of this after word was spread around that Hydro Dipping can be done locally.

Will not do business with them again!!

I visited the store and explained that my garage motor isn't working. They said they would send someone after 5pm since I work during the day to check. I was then informed that I have no electricity in my garage. Further, I didn't witness any work since they didn't meet me at the agreed time after work. I then plugged in my charger in the socket to check whether there's electricity in the garage and low behold - there's electricity. Two weeks later now and I received an invoice for R250 for a call out. I was never informed that there is a call out fee. This company is pathetic. Apart from the obvious incompetence, they rip offs with hidden fees.
