1st time there. Needed an emergency part. The service was really friendly and professional. Had a quick and good chat with the gent behind the counter. Shop is neat and tidy.

Make on thursday a appiontment for stove . Friday morning i phoned them and be told i must just wait 16:00 was phoned and said they will attend on monday. Whole day i was waiting at my place. Not a very good service.

I only visit Bethal occasionally from Pretoria, and I like this shop better than the big-box shops like Builders and Cashbuild for things like electric plugs, adapters, lightbulbs, etc. The staff are pretty knowledgeable and helpful.
