My expertise lies in commercial law and I primarily take cases involving undisputed debt collections, insolvent companies/directors and financial audits. I also have experience in family law, specialising in custody law, where I am able to act in dealing with issues arising from divorce, contact, access, care, unlawful removal and custody itself.
In addition to taking on a wide variety of commercial law cases, I am also available to lecture or speak at businesses and institutions on legal aspects of credit and insolvency.
