Very unprofessional and they do not communicate unless you follow up. When we follow up, the lawyer is never available. When you get hold of the lawyer via email - she is very abrasive. I get the feeling that they do not put in any effort since they know they are elected by the bank... so they wont lose business anyway. My matter was on the cancellation of a bond.
