Very helpful and always updated. The staff are very attentive. The vet really takes his time and makes sure you and your pet are at ease through the entire visit.

Big changes. 2 new doctors, but everything else feels the same. Professional, direct and most helpful. Don't do anything unnecessarily. Very happy to take the fur babies there.

Richard is the most caring, kind vet. His level-headed approach is wonderful. He's been our vet for 12.5 years and our pets adore him!

Took my dog for a consult after he got an infection in his gums from rotting teeth. Was told teeth cleaning and extraction was required. Our dog has comorbidities which has been a deterrent in performing procedures that require general anesthetic. Dr Trent assured me pre op bloods and a heart xray would be carried out and every precaution taken. The heart xray was never conducted and 4 days post surgery a ruptured heart tumor killed our dog. Our dog also lost his voice post surgery, which suggests damage to the laryx. Dr Leo performed the surgery. I'd think twice before taking your pet to Ivy road vet.

Well organized. Clean. Friendly staff and the BEST vet, I have ever had. He is a real vet with compassion, great knowledge and such a pleasure to go there. Plus, he is so careful with sanitizing social distancing.
