The service that I have experienced at Jabula was truly not expected. It was pleasant from everyone I dealt with from senior management to staff members and the security Checkout. Everyone was helpful, kind and making sure we got what we wanted and made me smile. This level of service and pricing is a breath of fresh air and they take making the customers king to another level. Thank you very much for an awesome and amazing experience

Poor service. Ignored not even acknowledged by a staff member who was counting items with a merchandiser. I waited so as to not disrupt his count. To other staff members, I was not a priority, but rather whatever it was that they had to chat to each other about. Highly unlikely that I will revisit this store.

Beats any written qoute on items Delivery on time Just sometimes the boys dont like to offload in designated areas

Received poor service before at the shop. There is no order and staff doesn't know a lot about hardware. I once went there 7min before it was closing time. Need a shutoff valve because pipe burst at home. Guard said they closing and couldn't help me. So the closing time is just a suggestion time. The standard from when they opened as slowly dropped.

Friendly store personnel. I feel at home whenever I visit this store.

This is the first time that I can actually attest to Jabula Hardware being efficient!!!! Congratulations Team Jabula!!! My first interaction with Jabula Hardware, via their WhatsApp platform and landline, I was not assisted at all! I therefore had no other choice but to compare prices with other hardwares companies in my area as not having my own transport meant my interaction with the hardwares will also include delivery of the items required. About a month after I had begun my renovations at home, I personally went into the Branch and I made specific mention of not even being assisted via WhatsApp, and it was at this point that I was introduced to Joseph who advised that if I were to direct any queries to him, he would assist in future. I was also assisted by Shenade on that day in the branch as well. The fact that I mentioned that their response is slow / non-responsive via WhatsApp and telephonically, the team responded with flair today and I am truly impressed that their Customer Service has improved via their WhatsApp platform!!!! Once again, I needed items urgently as we're finishing up my renovations at home and as I'm sure anyone who has ever started such a chapter will confess...one will always encounter, unforeseen challenges that may require additional materials and a different approach inorder to resolve the issue, not to mention the added expense! Renovations are expensive but all worth it in the end and although Joseph wasn't in today, Shenade stepped up to the plate and assisted. Shenade from Jabula Hardware assisted me from start to finish with my order, inclusive of delivery! My interaction began successfully at 09h24 this morning and by 12h15 midday today? I received delivery of my item and these are the timelines of my interaction... An order slip was generated at 11h08 Banking details to process the EFT payment at 11h18 And delivery concluded by 12h15! I am totally over the moon cos it means that the work outlined for today....will be completed today! It also means that within 3hrs and without leaving the comfort of my home? I was able to start and conclude my order with ease, efficiency and peace of mind Many, many, many thanks Jabula Hardware and especially Shenade for assisting today and for helping me along with me renovations!!! #DayMade #DayOneOfFinishingsBeingSuccessful #RenovationsOnTrack!!

The staff was very helpful and honest and its a good place everything is just smooth even the bosses are very welcoming and good to customers in general I love it and recommend it obviously its not perfect but its closer though

Cashiers where you pay are always in bad mood, not friendly and welcoming for people who's job rests on the customers hands.
