Well stocked warehouse. The sales assistant was very rude, kept on asking us, is that all? I would have probably spent more with renovations I had to do but thanks to your sales person, I was pushed out of the store because he had to go home/close.

Busy hardware store. Including sand stone cement. Very poor parking. Can be dangerous and unpleasant enterering and exciting the store. This store should take their customers support into consideration and invest in creating a safer shopping experience.

Terrible place to shop. Extremely unfriendly and unhelpful staff. One has to stand in line to be served by irritating people for simple items like plumping fittings and electric socket outlets etc. I guess I'm too used to shopping in big stores like Builders Warehouse and Chamberlains in Johannesburg. I honestly feel sorry for the people in Chatsworth who have to put up with the attitude and service of the people in this store.

Overall prices are very good, and lots of bargains. Only problem here, management and staff are not very helpful. Most of the staff don't stay long, hence you need to deal with new staff all the time. Unfortunately, most of these staff are not experienced in building and hardware issues.

Best hardware ever from the sales people to despatch. Will definately come back again. Arab in paint excellent service keep up the greay work. This is by far the best hardware ive been to from the best prices to the best service. Well done!!

Very poor service. I called over 3times and reception put me through and it just rang until it cut, then on the 4th attempt she stated i must whatsapp, which is also useless. I ended up getting my stuff at Toms Hardware, they give great service and very efficient, prices at Toms also good.

Best Hardware ever !!! excellent service and they beat everyone else's quotes. Built my entire house with them. Will definitely build with them in the future.

Disgusting service. The staff are soo unprofessional. They work so unethical. It's an indefinite U Turn when you hear the lady at switchboard, that alone should tell you what type of service you are going receive! As for delivery give it 2 to 3 day to actually receive your paid order. Definitely not even worth a 1 star. Service worst than zero!!!
