At Jabula Yoga we teach intimate yoga classes. The classes emphasize body awareness,alignment and development though personal correction and attention.
All three of our teachers are qualified instructors having qualified with the Young Yoga Institute. This is a 2-3 year Hatha Yoga qualification with a focus on Iyengar precision and technique.
All the yoga classes have an individual flavour and incorporated various styles of yoga as well as elements of Pilates. This enables you ,the student, greater benefit and maximum skill in your own yoga practice.
We offer reasonably priced classes every day of the week except Fridays and Sundays. (Please see below for a price and class breakdown). All our prices include the use of equipment and mats.
