Great staff ready to help you every time. Unlike Builders where staff are too busy on their phones and you're lucky if you can find anyone willing to help. They always have what I need and if they don't then they get it for you from another branch. Highly recommend these guys.

Incredibly convenient, good stock holding. Prices often better than Builders Warehouse. Staff are amazingly helpful, especially building supplies guys at the back in the old post office….and a shout out to Basil in the Duram paint shop!

Donot get me wrong.. I simply enjoy buying here.. however, this store has poor management.. some basic items not available.. like cretestone.. or.. sometimes.. after I have paid for items, I am told they have no stock.. then waste time to do a refund etc.. I have now found.. there is one person who actually knows whats happening in that store.. she knows it inside out.. she should be the manager instead.. imo.. hope it gets better...

Love this shop!! The entire staff are vibrant positive and very helpful. I’ve shopped here several times and they’re great. The shop is fully stocked unlike several other brands

I love the guys at Jack’s Hammer. This is my favourite hardware store. Everyone is so friendly and helpful and they literally have everything you need to do minor repairs to pretty substantial renovations.

Stuff were helpful to my son, within no time we had our purchased goods

Had the most bizarre experience. The manager refused to let me buy a bottle of LP gas without returning an empty bottle … apart from the nonsense reasoning, he also would not talk to me, but only through the other member of staff that was literally standing right next to me …

great little hardware store in the CBD, some items are quite pricey like paint but overall the convenience factor when requiring little odds and ends makes it well worthwhile
