I Always get the best service

I've tried to deal with this company for 3 years with generators. They ensure that you always "get the short end"‍‍... Once they get your money,  their interest in you as a customer ends. They owner is hardly interested as is the staff. They just insist that you must book and pay for a service without even looking if they can resolve issues in a quick way. Of course they've forced me to seek out a new service provider especially in these load shedding times.  Very Frustrating when you are fended off in times that you are desperate

Didn't have what I needed and couldn't be interested in helping me get the parts I need for my Honda generator.  Place looks like they are more interested in rebuilding scrap cars than serving customers.
