May 31 2022 I bought a oil cooler housing from USA parts the sales consultant told me it is an original part, 10 months later the parts seals failed and the unit warped due to this. To double check today 11 April 2023 I asked for a price for a new one and was once again told it was an original part. When Jeep confirmed it was aftermarket. So the consultants in both cases lied about the part being original and due to the lie I would request a full refund. But hey you only give a 3 month warrantee on parts you sell as originals. :- fuming I could have blown my engine causing over 150k damage
One member of staff there, Wynand, has been extremely helpful and professional. Due to his customer service I give 5 stars and this company will be my go to company when I need parts. Thank you Wynand.

I bought a few parts from them recently and needles to say they delivered on both pricing and service. I would definitely recommend them to everyone I know. I received the service parts that I needed and the service was outstanding
I got assisted by Keren and it was Friday late just before they close. Firstly she insured that I buy the correct part. Secondly she went out of her way to arrange that I get the part after operating hours. I was desperately in need of the part as I was travelling and Keren relieved me of the stress. That was some good customer experience for me. Thank you Keren
Will never deal with these people again. I had to pay courier fees from KZN to them for spares only to get the spares that aren’t fit for figment which were worst off than what we had. Then courier fees to send the part back which I still then get charged a 20% handling fee for their mess up. daylight robbery. Don’t even deserve 1 star.
So frustrating dealing with this company. I spoke to one of the sales guys for a part for my Jeep which they confirmed they had in stock. I ordered the part last week and Wednesday and made immediate payment which they requested. I then had to chase them for a few days only to be told on Tuesday that they don't have the part available. I was then told that they will send me a refund but I will need to complete a refund form, send a copy of my ID as well as send a letter of conformation from my bank before they can make a payment. Terrible Service and will never use them again.
