Poorest service experienced ever..waiting now for over 2 months for deposit to be paid back. Will not encourage anyone to make EFT deposits for auctions with JP Auctioneers. Seems as if i lost my deposit as they still can not pay it back..

Absolute the poorest service you can get. Stay away from JP Auctioneers. Bought 6 vehicles at the Potchefstroom auction June 2016. Before we paid the vehicles they said that all the natis documents are available. When we went to collect the vehicles they said that we will get the natis documents within 2 days because it is in for dealer stock. What a lot of bullshit!! It is now 3 weeks later and nothing. If you are lucky enough to get hold of them they just have one story after another. I am a dealer and are now stuck with vehicles I can not sell. By far the worst service you can get. STAY AWAY!!

The poorest service ever. It's even hard to get hold of them. I am still struggling to get my R10 000. Deposit for over a month now they busy telling me 7 working days but nothing happens. Their service is crap.

Worst service ever experienced!! 2 months still waiting for my deposit refund!! must be nice using other peoples money to pay salaries.

Still struggling to register the vehicle I bought on the 10February 2016, the traffic authority says the vehicle must be marked off, they always say fax them the papers and the problem will be fixed within four days but nothing is been fixed , stacked with a vehicle al cannot drive

I am stressed waiting for my deposit from 05 April 2017 I reported to department of trade and industry and I am busy with Hawks my case need more people and information about these thugs we must act this is real serious and dangerous for all of us we need to involve media also and courts I am on the processe let's all unite and get answers from the state how did they allow such criminals to robe us like this

These people are thieves! They steal peoples deposits and dont answer their phones. Stay away people!!!!
