Living in this complex is a nightmare. The other residents super childish and have no respect for your space. You can't bring your animals even tho its a pet friendly place. The residents will threaten you that they will poison your animals. They use your pasking spaces as their own and when you ask politely for them to move their vehicles you get ignored and when you get upset they act as if their the victim. Was a absolute mistake moving in here

Access control is poorly managed. Not safe to live in because of the break-ins. Poor maintanance of the units. Mouldy walls. Being over charged for their faulty water pipe leaks even if you're away. No transparency from management. Stayed for one month without electricity and no communication from the management. The place looks very beautiful easy access to almost everything i.e malls schools etc.

Beside the electricity situation I love it here and my kids enjoy running around I just hope this electricity situation doesn't repeat itself ,cose what I spend on fuel is unbelievable and no apology

This place is run by scammers. Petro and Kobus stole my deposit money. They refused to pay after I moved out due to their own breach of contract. They did not pay the municipality which resulted in power cut off  We didn't have electricity for over a month. When I moved out because of electricity they decided to keep my deposit. Very horrible human beings especially Petro Jordan. She lies all the time about everything.  Be prepared to donate your deposit when moving in here.

Currently living there and safety wise it’s concerning, there was someone trying to break in a few minutes ago

This place now to much Nigeria drug dealer, getting flat under south African girl friend I'd , poor security service, Nigeria taking chance on people's parking, keeping drugs in the dustbin place, soon will be calling here Abuja logos

Security sells weed to the kids, they even let anyone in at anytime but refuses to have delivery guys bring packages to the doorstep no matter how big the package is. The place is very noisy with no rules. Poor security controls, should consider getting a different security company

Managed poorly. Safety is a concern. There has not been any electricity for two weeks now and no solutions to the issue.. I wouldn't suggest anyone to live here.

Not safe at all, the securities just let everyone in . Currently there is no electricity, for the whole week. Never ever have rented in a complex that owes the municipality.

Don't rent here.. You will be sorry..
