Description

Gumanji is a unique indoor play park for your young ones. Kids must be under 1.4m, under 45kg and under 10 years of age to play due to safety regulations. We provide play, fun and party facilities in a safe and secure indoor environment. We have a baby section, a 100sqm jungle gym and even a Gumanji Town with houses and scooter tracks. Parents can have a relaxing time whilst qualified minders look after your children, enjoying treats from the food bar while the little people have great fun!

We cater for children's parties with a wide range of themes to suit all children. This includes full co-ordination, party packs, play time and food for the little ones.

Come through and play with us from Tuesday to Sunday from 9 to 5. Our price starts at R50 per hour per child for the first hour and 83 cents per minute thereafter. This includes unlimited access to all areas of the playground as well as the expert supervision of our numerous child minders.
*Gumanji reserves the right of admission and play at our discretion.

What an awesome place! I took my niece there for a few hours of play while I was baby sitting, I needed to do some work and she had tons of energy to get rid of. The parking lot has ample parking and a security guard at the gate, on arrival staff are smiling and very friendly, as soon as that gate opened and my niece was unleashed I did not have to worry, child minders are all over and have a great attitude towards the young ones, I sat down and started to work on my laptop using the Wi-Fi provided. The cafe area is right in the middle of the play park and my niece was never really out of my line of sight, although even if she was I knew the child minders had their eyes on her. I ordered food for us at the jungle cafe and it was delicious, not that my niece wanted to eat, she had too much to do! I spoke to the owners and they said that they still have a lot of ideas in the pipeline that they are going to implement, they also mentioned that they host themed kids parties and on the weekends they do braai days where they offer braai packs and supply the braai. The place is really cool and when I see how Much fun my niece was having, I wish I could be a kid again! Gumanji has a host of other features including a kids spa Kids club and a baby play area for kids under 3. Really enjoyed the few hours spent at this play park and I will definitely be back! Value for money and a great place to keep kids busy while you have a few things to do. Word of advise to the owners. If my car could get a wash while we are there that would really put the cherry on top of an already spectacular establishment.

If you have bored kids or wanting an opportunity to entertain them while sitting back and relaxing. This is the place for you, great kid friendly vigilant staff. Basic kitchen to provide kiddy type foods and drinks with coffees and finger snacks for parents. Specials are on offer and the venue is a proverbial kiddies paradise!!

A lovely venue for the kids, really safe, enough entertainment and beautiful decor. Nice party venue. Food... Not good quality and very expensive.

Great place to take kids. They give a free ice cream and song if its their birthday.

What an awesome initiative! This place is lovely, my son had tons of fun and I was able to join him play and also do some work on my laptop while the child minder watched him. There's also a cafe which has toasted sandwiches, coffee etc. Great place! And very cheap, R50 an hour

Best place to take your kids and have fun and eat something.

Great place for the kids to burn off some of that sugar fuelled energy. Good access control so the kids can't just wonder off the premises. Smoking area for the parents conveniently out of site round a corner. They have a small cafe where you can get a bite to eat, and free Wi-Fi. All in All, loved the visit there. Sadly they have closed down.

Been there 2 days in a row now, no security at gate . Gate always open. Vulnerable targets in an isolated place.  Needs a serious security upgrade. Mom's with babies getting out of cars, very vulnerable. Bathrooms not looked after,  my 5 year old felt the need to tell the staff that the one bathroom floor was full of urine and the other one's stench is  unbearable. Staff mostly not on floor watching kids, I'm really trying not to compare, but the previous Gumanji, staff was with your kid from the moment you walked in. The bathrooms were clean. The parking security area was safe. And most importantly  back then staff did not allow 10 year olds like I saw yesterday on the same equipment as 3 year olds. That is a serious accident waiting to happen. Come on Gumanji..... pull it together.

Terrible Service. expensive, the kids are playing but its super hot in there with no aircons... toilets were very dirty!
