Exclusive Parking offer an excellent service! The team are friendly and efficient, and were especially helpful when I realized I'd left my laptop in the car. After arriving from a late flight last night, the young gentleman who returned my car was kind enough to wait for me and guide me to the nearest working boom since the one on level 3 wasn't working. I will definitely use this service again!
I have been a satisfied customer for over a year and a half, probably used their service easily 20 times in this time , However when on honeymoon recently and got a brand new car 3 weeks before. They never tried to vaccuum the car even though it is an option that i requested specifically easy to see as there was stil areas op glitter i could wipe away with my hand. And they dropped my key FOB in the mud as there is mud under the buttons. I requested and wrote these notes on my exit slip, so that someone from management can contact me as the drivers were arrogant and “clueless”. No management contact in over a week. It might have been Festive season blues but I’ll be using another company from now on. And will recommend to my company to take their business to someone else.
Just returned to OR Tambo, after leaving my vehicle with them when I left. They gave a seamless, efficient and thoroughly professional service, dropping off a clean car. I will use them again.
Unprofessional when things go wrong. This outfit damaged the interior of my car. The manager, an individual named Kellen, failed to respond to my email setting out the situation. The least he could have done was respond either way.
Have used their services 3 times and never had any problems. On time every time and very tidy! Recommend their services.
Really unpleasant experience. After waiting for an hour, after phoning and multiple in-person follow-ups, I received a car that had a small crack in the windscreen when dropped off to one that is cracked end-to-end.
What a pleasant surprise for long term parking! Friendly and helpful staff, really cheap parking for five days, and a clean car on arrival! Thanks Guys!
Exclusive Parking Services was a seemless and cost effect solution for my parking needs at O R Tambo airport. This was my first time using the service and it was amazing. Drop off: I got to the designated parking spot mine was section G in parking level 3 at the agreed time and was greeted by Exclusive Parking Services personnel, who were easy to identify. Dropped my car off and was in the terminal within 15 minutes. Collection: phoned the company when I was at immigration and when I got the initial drop off point 30 minutes later, the car was waiting for me. Payment was seemless via card. Car had been washed per my instructions too. Overall a great experience and would definitely use them again!
Great service provided and great value for money. The team communicated how their services worked and that is exactly how it played off, therefore I never felt uncertain of what the next step would be. Car was collected and delivered on time. Car was also very clean when delivered. Very friendly staff and great on communication to make you feel at ease. I will definitely recommended their services to all.
Forgot we are comming... did not receive the message we sent upon landing... 10 minutes wait turned into just short of an hour ... stay far away .
