Go to coricraft. Find something you like. Order it. Pay for it. Delivered with issues. Can't got hold of the store... Warranty/guarantee what ever it is means absolutely nothing. Pathetic after sales service...

Weeks later still trying to get a refund for damaged furniture we return. The manager Hannes of the East rand store is an absolute joke.  Firstly delivered damaged goods, secondly couldn't arrange a courier service for the replacement. Not it appears the refund is too difficult for him the manage as well.

Trying to have two cushions recovered. Hannes asked me to email the details for a quote.  Multiple emails sent no response or quote received?  Terrible after service and zero customer service.  Be aware

No after sales service...  received my couch about 8 years ago, battling since last year for a price on new webbing... emailed 3 times went in twice and phoned a couple of times, just no reply. Quick to do the sale but non existing after sales service. My previous couch lasted longer and was cheaper

I purchased an ottoman from coricraft,  it took a bit of time to be delivered as the lockdown shambled the country. I would constantly receive automated email updates regarding the progress of my order Ultimately I'm very happy with the service and quality.  No business should be unfairly rated because of what happened during lockdown. Every person and business was affected in one way or another.

Coricraft East Rand has definitely not been a pleasant experience at all. First when we ordered our couches and coffee table they said it would be 6-8 weeks. Then lockdown happened and we were left in the dark, as all their stores closed and they didn't bother letting customers know anything. Then when their stores reopened at the beginning of level 3, we phoned them to hear what was happening. We were then told the estimated delivery time would be between 10 - 12 weeks. We were very understanding about this since nobody expected the situation with Covid 19. We phoned again after 2 or 3 weeks just to get an update, when the guy told us expected delivery for our order is the last week in June. We then phoned in the last week of June to find out if they have an exact date for us. Then the guy told us no, they won't be delivering in the last week of June, expected completion is the last week of June, so we can expect delivery the first week of July. When that didn't happen we went into the shop and they told us that the reason they haven't delivered yet is because the coffee table we had ordered in March, was discontinued and they have no more stock. Nobody phoned to let us know, we had to go to the shop and ask questions for them to figure this out. The lady then said we could take the one on display in the shop, but didn't even bother to offer us a discount since it has been standing in their shops for months on display. They also told us that if we want to take that one, we will have to transport it ourselves, or pay oor delivery twice, seeing as the couches are coming from the warehouse and the coffee table is at the store. We ended up taking it in our car. They then told us that our couches will be delivered this Saturday today, 18 July, two weeks after the initial promised delivery date. We received an email yesterday confirming delivery between 12 and 2 today. It is now 17:00 and we still don't have our couches. The worst part is that nobody apologized for the inconvenience, nobody decided to follow up with us at any point, we had to do all the phoning and driving to the store to sort all of this out. I am very disappointed in Coricraft as I thought they had a good reputation, and therefore would have good customer service, but that simply is not the case. I definitely won't be supporting or recommending Coricraft to anyone I know anytime soon. Cannot believe the poor service we received from such an expensive brand.

Shocking service, absolutely no feedback when you follow up on your goods.  Zero customer service. Rude sales people and absolutely no desire to assist customers.  Bloody quick to take your money, but that's where it ends.  I will never buy from them again!!!!!

You will wait much more than the 8 to 10 weeks for delivery. It will become 12 to 16 weeks. For the amount of money coricraft charges I'm wondering if it's worth it. Very disappointed.

Terrible customer service! A refund due 30 September was somehow paid to someone else. I am yet to receive the refund because they are still investigating. What's there to investigate, you clearly paid the wrong account! A refund is still due to me

I feel you can do better with getting through to your customers in terms of delivery just like you are with asking for payment on lay bye.
